Monitor effective implementation of equal opportunity policies in the institution.
Create awareness about constitutional and human rights related to equality.
Assist students in accessing scholarships, government welfare schemes, and academic support.
Provide counseling & mentorship to disadvantaged students when required.
Ensure accessibility for differently-abled students in academics and infrastructure.
Maintain records of initiatives undertaken for institutional reporting and accreditation purposes.
Coordinate with college administration for compliance, student welfare, and policy recommendations.
Sensitization programs for students and staff.
Career guidance, motivational talks, and mentorship by achievers and experts.
Workshops on soft skills, communication, confidence building, and leadership.
Awareness drives on inclusivity, equity, and social harmony.
Assistance in documentation and facilitation of government schemes.
Collaboration with administrative units to uphold equal opportunity practices.

✔ Direct reporting to the Convener/P.I.O. (if appointed)
All grievances will be reviewed confidentially and resolved as per institutional norms.
